Terms of Service
Effective from 2026-09-21. Version 2026-09-21. The agreement between you and Veksa for buying a placement on SelfBid. Paying does not publish your post. If we do not publish it, you are refunded in full.
1. Who we are
SelfBid is operated by Veksa, Eswari Ubbala, Veksa, Sarada Nagar 5th Lane, Door No. 20-480, Narsipatnam, Visakhapatnam District, Andhra Pradesh 531116, India. "We" means Veksa. "You" means whoever uses the site or buys a placement.
SelfBid is a paid digital leaderboard. You pick a statement, a category and a name, then pay in rupees for a position. A higher amount takes a higher position.
Read these Terms with the Content Rules, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
2. Who can buy
You must be 18 or over, able to contract under Indian law, and in India. We may decline a payment made from outside India.
Pay from an instrument in your own name, or one you are authorised to use. One payer, one placement, one post. Several people cannot fund one post together.
There is no account, no login and no signup. Give an accurate contact address at the payment page. A refund or a notice about your post goes there.
3. What you are buying
A digital placement: your post on the board at the position your amount produces. Visibility is all that is sold.
Paying does not publish your post. Every submission is checked against the Rules before it goes on the board. If it is not published, you are refunded in full.
The placement is delivered when your post appears on the board, not when we receive your money.
You are not buying a fixed rank. Later, larger placements move you down. That is the service working, not a fault.
"Bid" is a brand name. It is not an auction, not a wager, and has no resale value.
4. What this is not
SelfBid is not gambling, betting, a lottery, a contest, a game, an investment, a prediction market or a donation platform.
No prizes, no winnings, no rewards. Nothing is awarded for reaching any position. There is no draw, no chance element, no odds, no stake and no forfeit.
A placement pays you nothing back: no revenue share, commission, interest or profit. We guarantee no traffic, views or clicks, and a position has no value off the board.
Money paid for a placement is consideration for a service. It is not held on your behalf, is not a deposit, and does not create any account balance, credit or entitlement.
The amount is the price of the service and is kept by Veksa. It is not a donation to any person, candidate, party, campaign or cause, and no part of it reaches anyone named in a post.
A position is not our endorsement. It shows only what was paid.
Do not describe your placement, anywhere, as a bet, a stake, an entry or a way to make money. If you do, we may remove the post without a refund.
5. How position is decided
Paid placements are ordered by amount, highest first, on every board.
Equal amounts are separated by time: the payment verified earlier ranks higher.
Nothing overrides the amount paid. Every position can be taken by paying more, and no position is held against a larger payment.
A payment taken directly by bank transfer, UPI or cash ranks on the amount received, exactly as a card payment does.
Where more is paid for the same post, the total received ranks it.
A position shown before you pay is an indication, not a promise. It is fixed when your payment is verified.
6. Payment
The price at checkout is the total you pay us. Nothing is added after it.
Payment is confirmed on our servers by the payment gateway before anything is published. A message on your screen is not confirmation.
Placements are one-time payments. Card and UPI credentials stay with the payment provider.
If a payment fails, is reversed or is not verified, no placement is created and nothing is published.
We may refuse, cancel or refund any payment where we suspect fraud, a stolen instrument, money laundering, terrorist financing or a sanctioned purpose.
7. What you may not post
You are responsible for what you submit: the text, the subject, the name and any link. Nothing below is allowed, at any price.
- Child sexual material, or anything that sexualises a child.
- Nudity or sexual content, and intimate images shared without consent, including morphed ones.
- Threats, violence, or incitement to an offence.
- Terrorism and extremist material, and anything threatening India's unity, security, sovereignty, foreign relations or public order.
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any financial-crime scheme.
- Betting, gambling, lotteries, or promotion of real-money gaming.
- Abuse, slurs, bullying or harassment, including harassment on grounds of gender.
- Hatred or violence against a person or group, on grounds of religion, caste, race, sex, birthplace, language or the like.
- Somebody else's private details: address, phone number, identity numbers.
- Impersonation, or a false claim of association.
- Misinformation, and anything you know to be false or misleading about its source.
- Fraud, phishing, scams, malware, or code meant to damage a computer.
- Anything infringing copyright, trademark or other rights, or not yours to use.
- Anything obscene, and anything else Indian law forbids.
8. Checks before publication
Some wording is refused on the form, before any payment: code or markup, contact details, identity numbers, explicit threats and slurs. You are not charged.
After payment, the submission is checked against these Terms and the Content Rules. It goes on the board when the check clears.
The check is given the submission and nothing else: the statement you chose, the subject you entered and any link you attached. It is not given your email address, your payment details or your network address.
If a check cannot be completed, the submission waits. Nothing goes on the board because a check did not run.
Political opinion, religious and community affiliation, fandom, and criticism of public figures, parties, brands and products are not grounds for refusal. Positive and negative views are treated identically.
An accusation of crime against an identifiable person, put as fact, will usually be refused. "In my opinion" in front of it changes nothing.
Placements about candidates, parties or elections may be refused or removed during an election period. We follow any direction of the Election Commission of India.
Some of these checks are automatic. You can ask us to look at any decision again. Asking does not affect your refund: a submission we do not publish is refunded in full either way.
Contesting a decision. Write to selfbidsupport.lol@gmail.com with your tracking id, or use Grievance. An escalation is handled by someone other than whoever decided first. Contesting a rejection does not affect your refund.
9. Refunds
Three outcomes, in the same words here and on your status page. In review means the money is held and not yet earned. If it is not published, you are refunded in full. Published means the placement was delivered, and a delivered placement is not refundable. Rejected means you are refunded in full, to the payment method you paid with.
A submission we do not publish is refunded in full, whatever the reason.
No refund is owed because somebody later pays more, your position falls, or you change your mind. Remove your own published post and the placement ends without a refund: it was delivered.
The Refund Policy governs refunds. Nothing in it or here takes away a right Indian law gives you.
10. What we may do about a post
We may hold, hide or remove a post, or disable its link, where it appears to break these Terms, the Content Rules or the law. We will tell you what was removed and why, unless the law prevents us.
A post hidden and then published keeps its position.
A post removed because you broke these Terms is not refunded, unless the law requires it. Removed through no fault of yours, the Refund Policy applies.
You keep ownership of your post and allow us to display and store it to run the board, for the periods in the Privacy Policy. We do not train models on posts.
11. Complaints, liability and Indian law
To report a post or complain, use Grievance or write to our Grievance Officer, Eswari Ubbala, at selfbidsupport.lol@gmail.com. No account and no fee.
We acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and aim to close it within 15 days. Other timelines and the appeal route are on Grievance.
SelfBid is provided as it is. We do not verify or endorse what users post, and we do not promise the board is always available.
Our liability for a placement is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability Indian law does not allow us to exclude, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
If somebody claims against us over what you posted, you cover the resulting losses and reasonable costs, unless the claim arises from our own act.
We hold no licence from any gaming, gambling, lottery or financial regulator, because SelfBid is none of those things.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes between us are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the location of Veksa's registered office at Eswari Ubbala, Veksa, Sarada Nagar 5th Lane, Door No. 20-480, Narsipatnam, Visakhapatnam District, Andhra Pradesh 531116, India. This does not affect your right as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to file a complaint before the consumer commission where you reside or personally work for gain, and we will not object to a complaint filed there on grounds of jurisdiction.
We may change these Terms. The version in force and every change are listed on this page. Your purchase records the version you paid under.

Version history
Newest first. Your purchase records the version in force when you paid. Old versions are never edited — a change gets a new version.
- Version 2026-09-21 — in force
Rewritten shorter and plainer: 34 sections become 12. States what is sold and what is not — a leaderboard position, and no prize, winning, payout, cash value or chance-based outcome. Lists in plain words what may never be posted at any price. Says the Refund Policy governs refunds, removes every reference to accounts, and keeps one statement that some checks are automatic and that any decision can be looked at again. - Version 2026-09-20
Removes the operator exception to the ordering rule entirely. No position on any board is held against a larger payment, and every position can be taken by paying more for it. - Version 2026-09-19
Says that we may take a placement payment directly by bank transfer, UPI or cash, and that such a payment is an ordinary paid placement: ranked on the amount received, checked the same way, and carrying no label. - Version 2026-09-18
Sets out the checks a submission passes before publication, what the check is given about you, that nothing goes on the board because a check did not run, and how to contest a decision without affecting your refund. - Version 2026-09-17
States that paying does not publish a submission, that it goes on the board only after a check, and that a submission we decline to publish is refunded in full. - Version 2026-09-16
First published version.
